X2 Recruit are looking for Help desk Cooordinator’s to deliver excellent customer service, handle enquiries via phone, email and self-service channels.

You will be required to respond to customer enquiries, then plan and organise scheduled and emergency maintenance work to job completion.

You will be speaking to customers, engineers, sub-contractors and site managers across the UK to ensure all works are completed within agreed Service Level timeframes. 

Requirements for the role:

  • 5 GCSE’s grade C or above
  • Great customer services experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Good with IT
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
