Founded by Adam O’Donnell and Ashley Morris, ODM Partners exclusively focuses on Infrastructure, Renewable Energy and Sustainable Investing. With over 25 years of combined experience, we are continuously networking and forging relationships, which we believe gives us a lasting advantage within our practice area, enabling us to achieve the best possible outcome for our partners.

Meet Our Team
With over 14 years of experience, Ashley Morris is Co-Founder of ODM Partners. Throughout his career, he has executed mandates ranging from C Level appointments to succession planning and successfully partnered with high-growth teams on strategic build-outs to deliver scale. In addition, he has developed successful search teams focusing across the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa.
Ashley has a proven track record of advising Infrastructure and Renewable Energy Investors, specialising in supporting Principal Investing, Portfolio Management, Finance, Engineering and Portfolio hires.
Ash is a proud father to twins Theo and Millie, enjoys travelling and sport (being an avid Barnsley fan).
Alanna is our Head of Research at ODM Partners; here, her role is to focus on building rapport and supporting candidates through the recruitment processes. With several years of experience in the Infrastructure Investment space, she has a strong record of placing candidates in Europe, particularly within London, Madrid and Paris.
Alanna has a proven track record advising Private Equity Firms, Investment Banks and Boutique Advisory firms across Principal Investment, M&A, Financing and Asset Management.
Outside of work, Alanna is a lively person who loves field hockey, hitting the gym, and indulging in her passion for food and exploring new places.
With over 14 years of experience, Adam O’Donnell is Co-Founder of ODM Partners. He has executed C-level appointment mandates and has worked on team moves for organisations across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He has a proven track record advising Infrastructure and Renewable Energy Investors in Principal Investing, Asset Management, Finance, Tax and Portfolio hires.
Adam also has experience conducting compensation benchmarking and industry reports for Investors.
Outside of work, Adam gained a BSc in Business Studies from Lancaster University and is a proud father to Eva & Maria.
Richard is Head of Technical Hires at ODM Partners. Here, his role to support Investors, Developers and IPP’s with technical hires in Construction, Development, Engineering and PPA. With over 10 years of experience supporting mandates across Europe, he has a strong track record of placing candidates in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, France and Spain In particular, Richard has an extensive network in Energy Storage and Solar.
Outside of work, Richard has gained a BSc in Chemistry from Newcastle University. He enjoys spending time with his young family, whist keeping fit and active, he recently completed his first half marathon.
