— Japanese party enters 55-MW integrated aquaculture solar project in Taiwan

Japanese power producer Erex Co Ltd (TYO:9517) announced it is one of five companies taking part in an integrated aquaculture and solar power generation project of 55 MW in Taiwan.

— KKR-backed Virescent looking to buy 88-MWp Indian solar portfolio from Jakson

— Energiekontor sells 3.6-MW wind project to Austria’s Oekostrom

— SK joins TotalEnergies-Corio offshore wind partnership in Korea

— MasTec obtains HSR clearance for IEA buy, sees closure in Oct

US infrastructure builder MasTec (NYSE:MTZ), which agreed to take over renewables specialist Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives Inc (NASDAQ:IEA) in July, has fulfilled one of the conditions required to close the transaction and expects to conclude the process next month.
