— Helios sells 32 MWp of Swedish solar parks to Solgrid

Sweden’s Helios Nordic Energy AB, a portfolio company of Norwegian renewable energy investor Magnora ASA (OSE:MGN), has sold two solar projects totalling 32 MWp in Sweden to Norwegian independent power producer Solgrid.

— Renewable Power Capital snaps up 528-MW wind project portfolio in Sweden

— ERG to buy 34 MW of solar farms in Italy from ABN AMRO

— RWE to buy Dutch gas-fired plant from Vattenfall with hydrogen hub in mind

Swedish utility Vattenfall AB is disposing of a Dutch gas-fired power station to raise money for offshore wind investments, while German energy group RWE AG (ETR:RWE) has agreed to buy that particular facility as part of a plan to create a carbon-negative hydrogen hub in the area.
