Renewable energy giant EDP Renovaveis SA (ELI:EDPR) has inked a deal to acquire two solar plants in Vietnam totalling 200 MW from local developer Xuan Thien Group.

— Ameren Missouri to acquire 200-MW solar plant

Ameren Missouri, an electric and gas service provider owned by Ameren Corp (NYSE:AEE), has agreed to buy a 200-MW solar power plant in the central region of its home state for an undisclosed sum.

— NextEnergy fund acquires 200 MW of solar projects in US

NextPower III ESG (NPIII ESG), a private solar fund managed by London-based NextEnergy Capital, has acquired two solar projects of 100 MW each in the US, doubling its US capacity to 397 MW and bringing its overall portfolio capacity to above 1 GW.

— EDPR sells 181-MW wind portfolio in Spain to China Three Gorges

— Van Oord sells stake in 19-MW Borssele V offshore wind farm to Octopus
