Paris-based impact investor Mirova announced it has acquired SunFunder, a private debt management firm that finances renewable energy projects in Africa and Asia, to expand into emerging markets and real assets.

— Cindrigo acquires Croatia’s Dravacel to build 20MW geothermal power plant

UK-based renewable energy company Cindrigo said it has signed a deal to acquire 90% of Croatian company EES Dravacel Energetika, which holds a geothermal exploration licence, with a view of developing a 20 MW geothermal power plant.

— TAQA, ADNOC to buy stakes in Masdar’s renewables, H2 biz

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and multi-energy and water utility Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC (TAQA) have signed binding agreements to acquire stakes in renewables promoter Masdar from its sole owner, sovereign investor Mubadala Investment Company PJSC, it was announced.

— ThomasLloyd Energy to buy out Indian platform SolarArise

ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust Plc (LON:TLEI) said it has agreed to acquire the remaining 57% interest in Indian renewable energy platform SolarArise India Projects Pvt Ltd for USD 38.5 million.
