Indian wind turbine manufacturer Suzlon Energy Ltd (BOM:532667) said on Friday that it has received an order to supply its equipment for a 201.6-MW wind farm project in India.

The order was placed by Teq Green Power XI Private Limited, part of India-based renewable energy platform O2 Power Private Limited. O2 Power was jointly set up by EQT Infrastructure and Temasek to serve customers in India.

Suzlon’s contract encompasses the supply of wind turbines, project execution, including the erection and commissioning of the wind farm, and the provision of operation and maintenance services once the machines are up and running.

The wind farm will feature 64 wind turbines with a rated capacity of 3.15 MW each and a hybrid lattice tubular (HLT) tower. Its commissioning is expected in 2025. Suzlon said.

Other details about the project were not disclosed.
