The construction group shared a list of eight newly-obtained projects in the US, Canada and Australia with a combined capacity of close to 1.5 GW. More details are available in the table below.

PCL Solar has thus achieved a new company record. To date, it has completed almost 60 solar projects across North America and Australia, including the 456-MW Travers Solar power plant in the Canadian province of Alberta.
Now, PCL Solar plans to also engage in Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects to cater to the growing demand in the sector driven by the US Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and Canada’s Clean Energy Investment Tax Credit.
“We plan to expand our team by 25% this year to support our projects and increase our capacity for future years,” commented Rodolfo Bitar, manager of strategic initiatives for PCL Solar.
