September 22 (Renewables Now) – Estonian renewables developer Enefit Green AS (TAL:EGR1T) said on Thursday that it has signed an agreement to acquire two early-stage solar projects in Parnu County, Estonia.
The company would take over the projects by acquiring a 100% stake in Raabiste Pollud OU, an entity that owns them. The financial side of the arrangement was not disclosed.
The solar sites are planned to have up to 165 MW of combined capacity.
The pair are to become part of Enefit Green’s long-term development portfolio. The company said it would aim to reach the final investment decision in 2024.
