With over 13 years of experience, Ashley Morris is co-founder of ODM Partners. Throughout his career, he has executed mandates ranging from C Level appointments to succession planning and has successfully partnered with high growth teams on strategic build outs to deliver scale.  He has developed successful search teams with a focus across the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. 

He has a proven track record of advising firms working across Private Equity, Investment Banking and Advisory markets, specialising in supporting Principal Investments, M&A, Financing, ESG and Asset Management teams. Ashley’s core practice areas are Infrastructure and Renewable Energy.  

Outside of work, Ashley gained a BSc at Manchester Metropolitan. He is a proud father to twins Theo and Millie, enjoys travelling and football (being an avid Barnsley fan).

With over 12 years of experience, Adam O’Donnell is co-founder of ODM Partners. He has executed mandates for C Level appointments and has worked on team moves for organisations across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

He has advised clients working across Private Equity, Investment Banking, Development Banking and Impact Investing. Adam’s core practice areas are Development Banking & Impact Investing.

Outside of work, Adam gained a BSc in Business Studies from Lancaster University and is a proud father to Eva & Maria.
