Discovery and Understanding

Consult and engage with partners to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current situation and to establish processes and requirements.

Advanced Market Mapping

Market research to identify relevant candidates in target companies and industries, to provide partners with a longlist presentation candidate market insight.

Evaluation and Assessment

Candidates will be assessed against required competencies to provide a shortlist presentation to partners with psychometric (personality) testing available for shortlisted candidates.

Offer and Post Search Review

Formal references and offer negotiation for the selected candidate. Debrief with partner to provide post search insights and future recommendations.
