Ross is a Senior Associate at ODM Partners and is part of the firm’s Investment Search team, partnering with clients and candidates across the infrastructure and renewable energy investment landscape. With over eight years of executive search experience, he has built a strong track record of delivering successful mandates and developing long-term relationships across private equity firms, asset managers, investment banks and advisory houses.
Ross brings a broad private capital network spanning private equity, growth equity and venture capital across Europe. His experience complements ODM Partners’ established infrastructure and energy transition expertise, broadening our access to investors, executives and operating talent across adjacent markets.
Outside of work, Ross enjoys playing golf, walking and hiking, and spending time cooking and trying new recipes
